Translation

English translation

Muhammad bin Hatib (may Allah be pleased with him) says that once I walked on my feet and reached near a pot that was boiling. I put my hand in it, so it became swollen or got burnt. My mother took me to a person who was at the place of Batha. He recited something and spat lightly on my hand. During the caliphate of Usman Ghani (may Allah be pleased with him), I asked my mother, "Who was that man?" She replied, "He was the Noble Prophet (ﷺ)."
