حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ مُقَرِّنٍ، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ: " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَصُومَ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ، أَوْ يُطْعِمَ سِتَّةَ مَسَاكِينَ، أَوْ يَذْبَحَ شَاةً " (١)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered him to shave his head and said: "Fast for three days, or feed six needy people, giving each two mudd of food, or offer a sacrifice of one goat."
