حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ يَعْلَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا قَدِمَ طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَهُوَ مُضْطَبِعٌ بِبُرْدٍ لَهُ حَضْرَمِيٍّ " (٢)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ya'la (may Allah be pleased with him) that I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) performing idtiba' (uncovering the right shoulder) between Safa and Marwah in a Najrani cloak while in the state of ihram.
