Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُسَافِعٍ، أَنَّ مُصْعَبَ بْنَ شَيْبَةَ، أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ،، وَقَالَ الْحَجَّاجُ: عُتْبَةُ بْنُ، ، مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ (١) ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " مَنْ شَكَّ فِي صَلاتِهِ، فَلْيَسْجُدْ سَجْدَتَيْنِ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from ‘Uqbah bin Muhammad bin al-Harith - Hajjaj said: ‘Utbah bin Muhammad bin al-Harith - from "Abdullah bin Ja"far that
the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever is not sure about his Prayer, let him prostrate twice whilst he is sitting."
