حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ،، ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ، قَالَ: " شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَفَلَ الرُّبُعَ بَعْدَ الْخُمْسِ (١) فِي الْبَدْأَةِ، وَالثُّلُثَ فِي الرَّجْعَةِ (٢) " قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ (٣) : سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ: " لَيْسَ فِي الشَّامِ رَجُلٌ أَصَحُّ حَدِيثًا مِنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي التَّنُوخِيَّ "، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Habib bin Maslamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) initially gave a quarter of the share as a reward after the khums, and on return, he granted a reward from a third after the khums.
