حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ مَرْثَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْيَزَنِيِّ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّ أَحَقَّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ يُوَفَّى بِهِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Of all the conditions that deserve to be fulfilled most, the condition by which you make the private parts of women lawful for yourselves is the most deserving.
