حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَبِيلٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّمَا أَخَافُ عَلَى أُمَّتِي الْكِتَابَ وَاللَّبَنَ " قَالَ: قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَا بَالُ، ، الْكِتَابِ؟ قَالَ: " يَتَعَلَّمُهُ الْمُنَافِقُونَ ثُمَّ يُجَادِلُونَ بِهِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا " فَقِيلَ: وَمَا بَالُ اللَّبَنِ؟ قَالَ: " أُنَاسٌ يُحِبُّونَ اللَّبَنَ، فَيَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ الْجَمَاعَاتِ وَيَتْرُكُونَ الْجُمُعَاتِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Uqbah bin Aamir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: I fear for my Ummah regarding the Book and milk. Someone asked, O Messenger of Allah! (ﷺ) What is meant by the danger from the Book? He replied: The hypocrites will learn it and will argue with the believers. Then someone asked, What is meant by the danger from milk? He replied: Some people will be fond of milk, and because of it, they will leave the congregation and will neglect the Friday prayers.
