حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ (١) ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الرُّعَيْنِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْيَحْصَبِيِّ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، أَنَّ أُخْتَهُ نَذَرَتْ أَنْ تَمْشِيَ حَافِيَةً غَيْرَ مُخْتَمِرَةٍ، فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: " إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يَصْنَعُ بِشَقَاءِ أُخْتِكَ شَيْئًا، مُرْهَا فَلْتَخْتَمِرْ، وَلْتَرْكَبْ، وَلْتَصُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ " (٢)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abdullah bin Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) that the sister of Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) had vowed to perform Hajj on foot without wearing a shawl. Uqbah (may Allah be pleased with him) asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about this, so the Prophet (ﷺ) said: What will Allah do with your sister’s hardship? Instruct her to wear a shawl, ride (an animal), and fast for three days.
