حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أُنْزِلَتْ عَلَيَّ سُورَتَانِ (٢) ، فَتَعَوَّذُوا بِهِنَّ، فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يُتَعَوَّذْ بِمِثْلِهِنَّ " يَعْنِي، ، الْمُعَوِّذَتَيْنِ (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Two surahs have been revealed to me; seek Allah's protection through them, for there are no surahs like them. The reference is to Al-Mu'awwidhatayn.
