حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، وَالْخُزَاعِيُّ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ زَرَعَ فِي أَرْضِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ، فَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنَ الزَّرْعِ شَيْءٌ، وَتُرَدُّ عَلَيْهِ نَفَقَتُهُ - قَالَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ: مَا أَنْفَقَهُ (١) - وَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنَ الزَّرْعِ شَيْءٌ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Rafi’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever cultivates a crop in someone else’s land without the owner’s permission, he will get his expenses, but he will not get anything from the crop.
