حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي نَمْلَةَ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ: بَيْنَمَا أَنَا جَالِسٌ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْيَهُودِ، فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ: وَكِتَابِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ (١) " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
Narrated to us ‘Uthman ibn ‘Umar, he said: Narrated to us Yunus, from al-Zuhri, he said: Informed me Ibn Abi Namla, that his father narrated to him, he said: While I was sitting with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, a man from the Jews came to him, and he mentioned the like of it, except that he said: "and His Book."
