حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ هِشَامٌ، وَعَفَّانُ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، قَالَ عَفَّانُ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عِمَارَةَ بْنِ رُوَيْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " لَا (٢) يَلِجُ النَّارَ مَنْ صَلَّى قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبِهَا " وَعِنْدَهُ رَجُلٌ - قَالَ عَفَّانُ: مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ - فَقَالَ: أَنْتَ سَمِعْتَ هَذَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ، أَشْهَدُ بِهِ عَلَيْهِ. قَالَ: وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ، لَقَدْ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُهُ فِي الْمَكَانِ الَّذِي سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْهُ. قَالَ عَفَّانُ: فِيهِ. Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Amarah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying: That person will never enter Hell who offers prayer before sunrise and before sunset. The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain.
