حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بَحِيرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " عَلَيْكُمْ بِغَدَاءِ السَّحَرِ، فَإِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغِدَاءُ الْمُبَارَكُ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Miqdam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Make sure to eat the pre-dawn meal (suhoor), for it is a blessed meal."
