حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ، سَمِعَ حَنَشَاً الصَّنْعَانِيَّ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رُوَيْفِعَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَبْتَاعَنَّ ذَهَبًا بِذَهَبٍ إِلَّا وَزْنًا بِوَزْنٍ، وَلَا يَنْكِحُ ثَيِّبًا مِنَ السَّبْيِ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ruifa’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) say: Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should sell gold for gold only in equal weight, and should not have intercourse with a married woman among the captives until she has completed her waiting period.
