حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، قَالَ: أَضْلَلْتُ جَمَلًا لِي يَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ، فَانْطَلَقْتُ إِلَى عَرَفَةَ أَبْتَغِيهِ، فَإِذَا أَنَا بِمُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " وَاقِفٌ فِي النَّاسِ بِعَرَفَةَ عَلَى بَعِيرِهِ عَشِيَّةَ عَرَفَةَ، وَذَلِكَ بَعْدَمَا أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ ". Translation
English translation
(Marfu‘ hadith) Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said: ‘Amr ibn Dinar informed me, from Jubayr ibn Mut‘im, who said: I lost a camel of mine on the Day of ‘Arafah, so I went to ‘Arafah seeking it, and behold, I saw Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, standing among the people at ‘Arafah on his camel on the afternoon of ‘Arafah, and that was after it had been revealed to him.
