حَدِيثُ ذِي الْغُرَّةِ (١)، ١٦٦٢٩ - قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ (٢) ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النَّاقِدُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبِيدَةُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ الضَّبِّيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ ذِي الْغُرَّةِ (٣) قَالَ: عَرَضَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَرَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسِيرُ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، تُدْرِكُنَا الصَّلَاةُ وَنَحْنُ فِي أَعْطَانِ الْإِبِلِ أَفَنُصَلِّي فِيهَا؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا "، قَالَ:، ، أَفَنَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ لُحُومِهَا؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ "، قَالَ: أَفَنُصَلِّي فِي مَرَابِضِ الْغَنَمِ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " نَعَمْ "، قَالَ: أَفَنَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ لُحُومِهَا؟ قَالَ: " لَا " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Dhi al-Ghurrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a Bedouin came to the service of the Prophet (ﷺ) while the Prophet (ﷺ) was walking. He asked: O Messenger of Allah! Sometimes we are in the enclosures of camels when the time for prayer comes; can we pray there? The Prophet (ﷺ) said: No. He asked: After eating camel meat, should we perform a new ablution? The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Yes! He asked: Can we pray in the enclosures of goats? The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Yes! He asked: After eating goat meat, should we perform a new ablution? The Prophet (ﷺ) said: No.
