حَدِيثُ رَجُلٍ أَدْرَكَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ١٦٦١٢ - حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي حَسَنُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَدْرَكَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِنَّمَا الطَّوَافُ صَلَاةٌ، فَإِذَا طُفْتُمْ فَأَقِلُّوا الْكَلَامَ "، وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ ابْنُ بَكْرٍ (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from a Companion (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Tawaf is like prayer, so when you perform Tawaf, speak less.
