حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ أَبُو يَحْيَى قَاضِي الْيَمَامَةِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِيَاسُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " إِذَا حَضَرَتِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالْعَشَاءُ فَابْدَءُوا بِالْعَشَاءِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Salamah bin Akwa’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: When the ‘Isha prayer and dinner are combined, then eat the food first.
