حَدِيثُ يُوسُفَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ (١)، ١٦٤٠٤ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ الْعَطَّارُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ يُوسُفَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً: سَمِعَهُ مِنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ قَالَ: " سَمَّانِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُوسُفَ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى رَأْسِي " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Yusuf bin Abdullah that my name was given as Yusuf by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and he passed his blessed hand over my head.
