حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا مَالِكٍ الْأَشْجَعِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ " رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي ثَوْبٍ قَدْ خَالَفَ بَيْنَ طَرَفَيْهِ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from a companion who visited the Prophet (peace be upon him) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) once offered prayer wearing only one garment in such a way that both its ends were taken out from opposite sides and placed over his shoulders.
