حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ وَكِيعِ بْنِ حُدُسٍ، (٣)، ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَبِي رَزِينٍ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، كَيْفَ يُحْيِي اللهُ الْمَوْتَى؟ فَقَالَ: " أَمَا مَرَرْتَ بِوَادٍ مُمْحِلٍ، ثُمَّ مَرَرْتَ بِهِ خَصْبًا (١) - قَالَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ: - ثُمَّ تَمُرُّ بِهِ خَضِرًا؟ " قَالَ: قُلْتُ: بَلَى، قَالَ: " كَذَلِكَ يُحْيِي اللهُ الْمَوْتَى " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Razin that once I submitted in the court of the Messenger: O Messenger of Allah! How will Allah Almighty bring the dead to life? The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Have you ever passed through a valley where there was no fruit before, and then when you passed by it again, it had become lush and green? I said: Yes, indeed. He said: In the same way, Allah Almighty will bring the dead to life.
