حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ وَكِيعِ بْنِ حُدُسٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَبِي رَزِينٍ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَكُلُّنَا يَرَى اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ؟ وَمَا آيَةُ ذَلِكَ فِي خَلْقِهِ؟ قَالَ: " يَا أَبَا رَزِينٍ، أَلَيْسَ كُلُّكُمْ يَرَى الْقَمَرَ مُخْلِيًا بِهِ؟ " قَالَ: قُلْتُ: بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، قَالَ: " فَاللهُ أَعْظَمُ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Razin that once I submitted in the court of Prophethood: O Messenger of Allah! On the Day of Resurrection, will each of us be able to see Allah, and what is His sign among His creation? The Prophet (ﷺ) said: O Abu Razin, can each of you not see the moon freely? I said: O Messenger of Allah! Why not. He said: Then Allah is even greater than this.
