Original Arabic
حَدِيثُ هَوْذَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ جِدِّهِ (١)، ١٦٠٧٢ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ هَوْذَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ،، ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ بِالْإِثْمِدِ الْمُرَوَّحِ عِنْدَ النَّوْمِ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ma'bad bin Ansari that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Apply the cool antimony (ithmid) kohl when going to sleep.
