Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Humayd and Abu Usaid that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: When you hear a hadith from me which your hearts recognize, your hair and skin become soft, and you feel close to it, then I am more entitled to it than you. And if you hear something which your hearts do not recognize, your hair and skin do not become soft, and you feel distant from it, then I am much farther from it than you are.
