حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ (١) ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ، أَنَّ سَهْلًا، حَدَّثَهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ أَعَانَ مُجَاهِدًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، أَوْ غَارِمًا فِي عُسْرَتِهِ، أَوْ مُكَاتَبًا فِي رَقَبَتِهِ، أَظَلَّهُ اللهُ فِي ظِلِّهِ، يَوْمَ لَا ظِلَّ إِلَّا ظِلُّهُ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Sahl that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever supports a mujahid fighting in the way of Allah, or helps in freeing a slave with a contract of emancipation, Allah will grant him a place under the shade of His Throne on the Day when there will be no shade except His.
