حَدِيثُ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ الْبَكْرِيِّ (١)، ١٥٩٥٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ أَبِي النَّجُودِ (٢) ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ الْبَكْرِيِّ، قَالَ: قَدِمْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ، " فَإِذَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ وَبِلَالٌ قَائِمٌ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مُتَقَلِّدٌ السَّيْفَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "، وَإِذَا رَايَاتٌ سُودٌ، وَسَأَلْتُ مَا هَذِهِ الرَّايَاتُ؟ فَقَالُوا: عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَاصِ قَدِمَ مِنْ غَزَاةٍ (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Harith bin Hissan that we arrived in Madinah Munawwarah and the Prophet (ﷺ) was present on the pulpit, and Bilal was standing before him with a sword hanging, and some black flags were also visible. I asked about these flags, so the people informed me that Amr bin Aas has returned from a military expedition.
