[قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أًحْمَدَ] : وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي بِخَطِّ يَدِهِ: حَدَّثَنِي قُرَيْشُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْحَارِثَ بْنَ بِلَالِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَرَأَيْتَ مُتْعَةَ الْحَجِّ لَنَا خَاصَّةً أَمْ لِلنَّاسِ عَامَّةً؟ فَقَالَ: " لَا بَلْ لَنَا خَاصَّةً " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Bilal bin Harith that I submitted in the court of the Messenger: O Messenger of Allah! Is this method of Hajj Tamattu’ specific to us or is this ruling forever? The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: No, rather it is specific to us.
