حَدِيثُ عِصَامٍ الْمُزَنِيِّ (١)، ، ١٥٧١٤ - حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: ذَكَرَهُ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ نَوْفَلِ بْنِ مُسَاحِقَ - قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: وَجَدُّهُ بَدْرِيٌّ - عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ مُزَيْنَةَ، يُقَالُ لَهُ: ابْنُ عِصَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا بَعَثَ السَّرِيَّةَ يَقُولُ: " إِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ مَسْجِدًا أَوْ سَمِعْتُمْ مُنَادِيًا، فَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَحَدًا " قَالَ ابْنُ عِصَامٍ: عَنْ أَبِيهِ " بَعَثَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَرِيَّةٍ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from ‘Isam that whenever he dispatched a detachment of the army, he would instruct them that if you see a mosque in that area or hear the voice of a muezzin, then do not kill anyone there.
