Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ تَصَبَّحَ بِسَبْعِ تَمَرَاتٍ مِنْ عَجْوَةٍ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ سُمٌّ وَلا سِحْرٌ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Sa’d said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever eats seven ajwah dates in the morning, no poison or witchcraft will harm him that day."
