قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي وَقَالَ شُعْبَةُ: " سَيَّارٌ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ هَذَا الْحَرْفَ، وَحَيْثُ مَا كَانَ وَذَكَرَهُ يَحْيَى "، قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: " إِنْ كُنْتُ ذَكَرْتُ فِيهِ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ عَنْ سَيَّارٍ، أَوْ عَنْ يَحْيَى " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
Abdullah said: My father narrated to me, he said: And Shu’bah said: Sayyar did not mention this phrase "and wherever it was", Yahya mentioned it. Shu’bah said: If I mentioned anything in it, then it is from Sayyar or from Yahya.
