Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Al-Yasar that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to include these seven words in his supplication, saying: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from sorrows, from falling from the top of a mountain, from troubles, from drowning in the sea, from being burned in fire, from extreme old age, from the devil making me lose my senses at the time of death, from dying while turning my back in Your path, and from dying due to the bite of any animal.
