حَدِيثُ رَجُلٍ أَدْرَكَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ١٥٤٢٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَزَّاقِ، وَرَوْحٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي حَسَنُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَدْرَكَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِنَّمَا الطَّوَافُ صَلَاةٌ، فَإِذَا طُفْتُمْ، فَأَقِلُّوا الْكَلَامَ " (١) قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ قَالَ أَبِي: وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from a companion that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Tawaf is like prayer, so when you perform Tawaf, speak less.
