حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ: تَذَاكَرْنَا عِنْدَ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الْمُتْعَةَ - مُتْعَةَ النِّسَاءِ - فَقَالَ رَبِيعُ بْنُ سَبْرَةَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ: " يَنْهَى عَنْ نِكَاحِ الْمُتْعَةِ " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Sabrah that I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) prohibiting temporary marriage with women (mut'ah) on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage.
