حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، مَوْلَى الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الرُّطَبِ بِالتَّمْرِ، فَقَالَ: " أَلَيْسَ يَنْقُصُ الرُّطَبُ إِذَا يَبِسَ " قَالُوا: بَلَى. فَكَرِهَهُ (٢)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Sa"d bin Abi Waqqas said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was asked about selling fresh dates for dried dates. He said: “Doesn"t the fresh date shrink when it becomes dry?” They said: “Yes it does.” And he disapproved of that.
