حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلَّامُ أَبُو الْمُنْذِرِ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " حُبِّبَ إِلَيَّ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا النِّسَاءُ، وَالطِّيبُ، وَجُعِلَتْ قُرَّةُ عَيْنِي فِي الصَّلَاةِ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Love for women and perfume has been made dear to me from this world, and the coolness of my eyes has been placed in prayer.
