حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي السَّفَرِ، فَقَالَ: خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ، فَكُنَّا نُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ حَتَّى نَرْجِعَ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ، فَسَأَلْتُهُ: كَمْ أَقَمْتُمْ بِمَكَّةَ؟ قَالَ: عَشَرَةَ أَيَّامٍ، قُلْتُ: فَبِمَ أَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَ: " لَبَّيْكَ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَحَجٍّ (٢) " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once we set out from Madinah Munawwarah with the Prophet (ﷺ), and the Prophet (ﷺ) continued to perform two rak‘ahs (for prayers) until the return. The narrator says that I asked Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) how many days did the Prophet (ﷺ) stay during this journey? He replied, ten days. I asked, for what did the Prophet (ﷺ) tie the Ihram? He replied, for both Hajj and Umrah.
