حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، وَحُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: " مُطِرْنَا بَرَدًا وَأَبُو طَلْحَةَ صَائِمٌ، فَجَعَلَ يَأْكُلُ، ، مِنْهُ، قِيلَ لَهُ: أَتَأْكُلُ وَأَنْتَ صَائِمٌ؟ قَالَ: " إِنَّمَا هَذَا بَرَكَةٌ " (١)، ، •
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that once there was a hailstorm in (Madina Munawwara). On that day, Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) was fasting. He began to pick up the hailstones and eat them. Someone said to him, "Are you eating this while fasting?" He replied, "This is a blessing."
