حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ: " أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ عَوْفٍ تَزَوَّجَ عَلَى وَزْنِ نَوَاةٍ " (٢) ، قَالَ: " فَكَانَ الْحَكَمُ يَأْخُذُ بِهِ " (٣)، •
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that Abdur Rahman bin Auf (may Allah be pleased with him) married an Ansari woman for a gold piece equal to a date stone, and the Prophet (ﷺ) declared it permissible.
