حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، سَمِعَ أَنَسًا، يَقُولُ: " انْشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: There is no reality in contagiousness of disease and evil omens, but I like optimism. Someone asked, "What is meant by optimism?" He replied, "A good word."
