حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ أَبِي الْحُسَامِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْأَكْبَرِ،، ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَاهُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أُعْطِيتُ أَرْبَعًا لَمْ يُعْطَهُنَّ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَنْبِيَاءِ اللهِ: أُعْطِيتُ مَفَاتِيحَ الْأَرْضِ، وَسُمِّيتُ أَحْمَدَ، وَجُعِلَ التُّرَابُ لِي طَهُورًا، وَجُعِلَتِ أُمَّتِي خَيْرَ الْأُمَمِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Abu Zayban that `Ali (رضي الله عنه) said to `Umar:
O Ameer al-Mu`mineen, did you not hear the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: `The Pen has been lifted from three :from the sleeper until he wakes up, from the minor until he grows up and from the insane until he comes to his senses`?
