حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، وَخَالِدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِذَا جَاءَ أَحَدُكُمْ وَقَدْ أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ، فَلْيَمْشِ عَلَى هِينَتِهِ، فَلْيُصَلِّ مَا أَدْرَكَ، وَلْيَقْضِ مَا سُبِقَهُ " (٣)، ، °

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: When any one of you comes for prayer, he should walk calmly. Whatever part of the prayer he catches, he should perform, and whatever he misses, he should complete it later.
