حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ وَهُمَا غَادِيَانِ إِلَى عَرَفَةَ، كَيْفَ كُنْتُمْ تَصْنَعُونَ فِي هَذَا الْيَوْمِ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَ: " كَانَ يُهِلُّ الْمُهِلُّ، ، مِنَّا، فَلَا يُنْكِرُ عَلَيْهِ، وَيُكَبِّرُ الْمُكَبِّرُ، فَلَا يُنْكِرُ عَلَيْهِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
Muhammad bin Abi Bakr says that I asked Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) what you people were doing on the day of Arafah? He replied that with the Prophet (ﷺ), some of us were saying *tahleel* and there was no objection to them, and some were saying *takbeer* and there was no objection to them either.
