حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ: " لَمَّا أَرَادَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَحْلِقَ الْحَجَّامُ رَأْسَهُ، أَخَذَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ شَعَرَ أَحَدِ شِقَّيْ رَأْسِهِ بِيَدِهِ، فَأَخَذَ شَعَرَهُ، فجَاءَ بِهِ إِلَى أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ، قَالَ: فَكَانَتْ أُمُّ سُلَيْمٍ تَدُوفُهُ فِي، ، طِيبِهَا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (ﷺ) intended to have his head shaved (on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage), Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) took some hair from a part of his head in his hands. Then those hairs were taken by Umm Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with her), and she used to keep them in her perfume and shake them in it.
