حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ صَالِحٍ، قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ: " أَنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ تَابَعَ الْوَحْيَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَبْلَ وَفَاتِهِ حَتَّى تُوُفِّيَ، أَكْثَرَ مَا كَانَ الْوَحْيُ يَوْمَ تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that Allah Almighty continuously sent down revelation upon the Prophet (ﷺ) before his passing, until he passed away, and the most revelation was sent down on the day the Prophet (ﷺ) passed away.
