حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، (٣) قَالَ: سُئِلَ أَنَسٌ عَنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، أَوْ عَنِ (٤) الدَّجَّالِ، فَقَالَ كَانَ، ، رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكَسَلِ وَالْهَرَمِ، وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَفِتْنَةِ الدَّجَّالِ، وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to supplicate: O Allah! I seek refuge in You from laziness, old age, cowardice, miserliness, the trial of Dajjal, and the punishment of the grave.
