حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ، حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ، حَدَّثَنِي رَاشِدُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَمَّا عَرَجَ بِي رَبِّي مَرَرْتُ بِقَوْمٍ لَهُمْ أَظْفَارٌ مِنْ نُحَاسٍ، يَخْمُشُونَ وُجُوهَهُمْ وَصُدُورَهُمْ. فَقُلْتُ: مَنْ هَؤُلَاءِ يَا جِبْرِيلُ؟ قَالَ: هَؤُلَاءِ الَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ لُحُومَ النَّاسِ، وَيَقَعُونَ فِي أَعْرَاضِهِمْ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: When my Lord, the Lord of the worlds, called me on the night of Ascension (Mi'raj), I passed by a group of people whose fingernails were made of copper and they were scratching their faces and chests with them. I asked, "O Jibreel! Who are these people?" He replied, "These are the ones who used to eat the flesh of others (backbite) and point fingers at people."
