حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي الْعُمَرِيَّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أُمَّ يَحْيَى، قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ: مَاتَ ابْنٌ لِأَبِي طَلْحَةَ، " فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَامَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ خَلْفَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَأُمُّ سُلَيْمٍ خَلْفَ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ كَأَنَّهُمْ عُرْفُ دِيكٍ، وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that a son of Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) passed away. The Prophet (ﷺ) led his funeral prayer. Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) stood behind the Prophet (ﷺ), and Umm Sulaim (may Allah be pleased with her) stood behind Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him). It seemed as if they were all like the comb of a rooster.
