Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي نَعَامَةَ الْحَنَفِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ لَا يَقْرَءُونَ " يَعْنِي: لَا يَجْهَرُونَ (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) and the two Shaykhs (may Allah be pleased with them) did not recite Bismillah aloud.
