حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ السَّهْمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي طَرِيقٍ مَعَهُ نَاسٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ فَلَقِيَتْهُ امْرَأَةٌ فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ لِي إِلَيْكَ حَاجَةً، فَقَالَ: " يَا أُمَّ فُلَانٍ اجْلِسِي فِي أَيِّ نَوَاحِي السِّكَكِ شِئْتِ أَجْلِسْ إِلَيْكِ " فَفَعَلَتْ فَجَلَسَ إِلَيْهَا حَتَّى قَضَتْ حَاجَتَهَا (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that on one of the streets of Madinah Munawwarah, a woman met the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! I have a task with you." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Sit in whichever alley you wish, I will sit with you." So she sat at a place and the Prophet (ﷺ) also sat with her and fulfilled her need.
