Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ يَهُودِيًّا دَعَا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى خُبْزِ شَعِيرٍ وَإِهَالَةٍ سَنِخَةٍ، " فَأَجَابَهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once a Jew invited the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) with barley bread and old oil, which the Prophet (ﷺ) accepted.
